Unclaimed Property eReport

We are excited to offer you this online filing. The following are some features of the application:

  1. Secure, encrypted transmission of your unclaimed property report
  2. Ability to file a negative report online
  3. Ability to update your mailing address and contact information
  4. Submit your payment by E-check or ACH Credit
  5. Receive electronic confirmation your report has been submitted
  6. Ability to see when a report was last received by our office


The Department of Revenue, including the Unclaimed Property Section, uses My DOR as the secure portal to our unclaimed property electronic reporting system. My DOR requires that you have a SecureAccess Washington user ID and password. You can use this user ID and password to access other Washington state government sites like Department of Licensing, Department of Labor and Industries, and the Employment Security Department.


Holders who have reported in the past should have received a letter in the mail with your Access Number. The number is required the first time you use our system. Holders who have never reported before will be allowed to file one report without the Access Number.

Filing a Report

Click here and you will be taken to our My DOR log in page. Log in with your SecureAccess Washington (SAW) User ID and password to begin the filing process. If you do not have a SAW User ID, you will need to register by clicking Sign up on the My DOR log in page.
