Unclaimed Property eReport

We are excited to offer you this online filing. The following are some features of the application:

Security

The electronic reporting website is provided through the State of Washington’s fortress.wa.gov secured internet portal. The internet portal is protected by 128 bit SSL encryption provided through a digital certificate issued by Verisign. When a client successfully logs into the electronic reporting website, this portal ensures that all data transmissions between the client browser and Washington State’s secured portal are encrypted.

Access

Holders who have reported in the past should have received a letter in the mail with your Access Number. The number is required the first time you use our system. Holders who have never reported before will be allowed to file one report without the Access Number.

Filing a Report

Click here and you will be taken to our On-Line Services login page. Users with a login and password will login to begin the filing process. If you have not registered in On-Line Services, you will need to join and create a login and password.
